How to disable a FDMUC Smart Tag:NLT-20A/NLT-30A/...

Locate the button on the front of the smart tag. Press and hold the button for three seconds. Two confirmation beeps will sound.

Turn on the device: Locate the button on the front of the smart tag and press it once.
The smart tag will power on.
(To confirm power status: Double-click the button, and the device will emit a sound.)
Factory Reset

When the device is powered on, quickly press the button four or more times. After hearing the prompt tone, continue holding the button for 8 seconds. Release the button once you hear the "Factory Reset" sound. The factory reset is now complete.

Device Requirements


Android operating system: Android 9.0 or higher

Google Play Services must be installed and enabled (required for Google Find My Device)

Keep mobile network (Wi-Fi / cellular data) available

For items lost far away:

Select the tracker and tap Mark as lost.

(Optional) Add your contact information. Finders can check your info via the built-in NFC.

Once enabled, any Android device on Google Find My Device network will anonymously send the tracker's location to you when detected.

Check the map for the last known location and real-time position updates.

After getting your item back, tap Mark as found to exit Lost Mode.
